This Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information that OneFund Investments LLC (“OneFund,” “We,” or “Us”) receives from users (“You” or “Investors”) of its website at www.onefundinvestments.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy applies to information that you provide to us or provide us with access to through the Site, as well as information you or your representatives provide to us by other means. This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. We collect information via the Site to provide you with access to information about the services and opportunities we offer, our waitlist (collectively, the “Services”), and to communicate with you concerning investment and account status, and to improve performance and enable users to use the Site.

Information You Provide

If you become an Investor with OneFund and seek to access investment information through the Site, we may ask you to create an account and profile for access to certain portions of the Site. The account and profile will include information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, phone number, and Social Security Number.Log DataWhen you use the Site, our servers may record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as the pages of our Site that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Site, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Site and our Services and for the technical administration of the Site, to increase their functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor them to our Investors’ needs. We also use this information to verify that visitors to the Site meet the criteria required to process their requests. We do not treat Log Data as Personal Information or use it in association with other Personal Information, though we may aggregate, analyze and evaluate such information for the same purposes as stated above regarding other information that would not enable an individual’s identification (“Non-Identifying Information”).

If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or update your preferences via the “Settings” section of the Site.We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other users to attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of our Services, and to analyze and understand how our Site and Services are used. Information Sharing and Disclosure

OneFund is committed to safeguarding your information. Our Policy Toward Minors
